Victoria Lynn Thomas, 54 of Willowbrook, IL,  born November 1, 1971 in Chicago Heights, grew up in Sauk Village, IL. Wife of Christopher Parker, daughter of the late Gary & Cherree (nee Close) Thomas, siblings Michele Thomas, Gary & Diane Thomas. Victoria is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Vicki was born with a heart of gold and one of the humblest comical people you will ever meet. Her life’s journey faced many obstacles, but she was determined and she did not lack dull moments. One year, Vicki ventured on the road with the Grateful Dead! Later, she achieved a degree in Electrical Mechanical Automated Systems, proudly named Valedictorian of her class. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafts and getting together for a good dinner and laughs. Yet she could not deny her passion for those in need. She often volunteered at food kitchens and pantries. In 2017, Vicki faced the ultimate challenge of her life. While being the high-spirited person she is, she fought every day not to be her last. Although she knew this day would come, she continued to smile and live selflessly. A hero and one of the strongest, living vulnerable yet brave comforted with her faith in God. 

Victoria arranged for her cremation services to be private. A  Memorial Service will be held in the Spring at Evergreen Cemetery. The date and time will be updated as soon as it is scheduled.
