Thomas Kevin McCann, age 70, of River Forest, Illinois, passed away on August 12, 2026, after a brief illness. He was born in Chicago on December 23, 1955, to parents Thomas and Palma.

Tom will be remembered for his loving, gentle nature and generous spirit. He worked professionally as a nurse and received numerous accolades and awards for his outstanding patient care. Tom was a passionate golfer, accomplished baseball player, avid cyclist, and lifelong Cubs fan. Tom was a true friend to many and always put others first.

Tom left this world to join his beloved family: mother Palma, father Thomas, sister Catherine, and brother Charles. Survivors include siblings John and Mary Kay (Chicagoland), and Carolynn and Janet (Wisconsin); cherished nieces and nephews Brendan, Caitlin, Michael, Tom, Christina, Shannon, John, and Marc; and countless friends.
