Roy J. Cloutier, age 70 of Plainfield, formerly of Chicago. Loving father of Jennifer (Jerry) Chan and Jeremy (Kathleen) Cloutier, cherished grandfather of Samantha, Stephanie, Jean, Colin and Kaitlyn, dear brother of Rosemary Smith and the late Roberta Cloutier. Due to COVID-19 restrictions all funeral services are private.
