Richard F. Chapkovic, 69, of Indian Head Park, formerly of Berwyn. Beloved son of the late Charles and Ann (nee Jurasek) Chapkovic, dear brother of the late Gloria, devoted partner of Jennifer Wiseman, fond nephew of Jerry Jurasek, cousin and friend to many and proud Papa of Jack.
Richard proudly served as a Brookfield Police officer for 28 years prior to his retirement in 2006.
Donations can be made in his memory to an animal rescue charity of your choice.
