Lois T. Kolumbar, nee Krejci, age 64 of Brookfield, formerly of Cicero. Beloved wife of Karl Kolumbar, loving mother of Richard Jocius and Kelly (Moises) Proctor, cherished grandmother of Angelina Jocius and Krystal Romero, dear sister of Glenn (Debbie) Krejci, Donna (Richard) Mazur and Carol Chirifisi, fond aunt of Sarah (Tony) Dusek, Amy (Mike) Bills and Joe (Amy) Krejci.
Lois passed away after a courageous battle with ALS.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial donations to Bridging Voice, in her honor.
