Edward R. Neckar, age 94 of Clarendon Hills, formerly of Brookfield, U.S. Navy WWII Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor Ruth nee Kozlowski, cherished uncle of Celeste (John) OConnell, great-uncle of Heather (Kent) Mills, Tim OConnell, Mahew (Eden) Sensenbrenner and great-great uncle of Ryan and Ashley Mills.
