Amy Lynne Horvat

Amy Lynne Horvat nee Hilvert, 55 of La Grange Park, IL passed away at home with her son and daughter on May 4th, 2024.  Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 30, 1969, Amy graduated with a degree in Psychology from Elmhurst University this May. She spent many years as a dedicated human resources manager and director and was known for her tenacity and diligence. Amy loved animals, music, crochet, and spending time with her children. She was a loving mother of Zoe (Brian Weakly) Prevatt, Aidan Horvat and Lucas Horvat, beloved daughter of Patricia Hilvert (nee Mayer) and the late William Hilvert, cherished grandmother of Baby Weakly, arriving soon, dear sister of Chris (Cheryl) Hilvert, Margie Racine, Kathy West, Suzie (Doug) Hildebrandt, the late Mary Gullion and Ray Hilvert, and a fond aunt to many.  

Amy will be remembered for her steadfast passion, genuine kindness, unwavering integrity, and love for her family. Her light and humor were a gift to everyone who knew her.
